- Pre-assembles legs and heads into hoops simultaneously while doors are being cased
- Back Nails the 45 degree joint on the hoops
- Processes casing from 2 ¼” through 3 ½”wide with different profiles
- Four (4) hoops can be in queue of the casing operation
- Hoops are automatically conveyed through machine to door placement
- Processes Doors of varied widths from 18″ through 36″
- Processes Doors of varied heights from 6’8″ through 8’0″
- Process Doors with varied width jambs from 4 9/16″ up to 6 9/16″
- Lines up the revel of the hoop to the jamb edge
- Automatically glues casing to the jamb (On/Off)
- Automatically fires ¼” crown staples into head and legs of jams
- Processes both split jamb and flat jamb
- Processing split jamb machine automatically flips door, re-glues and staples
- Machine Cycle time approximately 45 seconds
- Exits door when complete
- Non marring or scuffing material
- Can process louvered and glass doors
