  • Machine Capabilities

  • Pre assembles legs and heads into hoops simultaneously while doors are being cased
  • Back Nails the 45 degree joint on the hoops
  • Processes casing from 2 ¼" through 3 ½"wide with different profiles
  • Four (4) hoops can be in queue of the casing operation
  • Hoops are automatically conveyed through machine to door placement
  • Processes Doors of varied widths from 18" through 36"
  • Processes Doors of varied heights from 6'8" through 8'0"
  • Process Doors with varied width jambs from 4 9/16" up to 6 9/16"
  • Lines up the revel of the hoop to the jamb edge
  • Automatically glues casing to the jamb (On/Off)
  • Automatically fires ¼" crown staples into head and legs of jams
  • Processes both split jamb and flat jamb
  • Processing split jamb machine automatically flips door, re-glues and staples
  • Machine Cycle time approximately 45 seconds
  • Exits door when complete
  • Non marring or scuffing material
  • Can process louvered and glass doors
